The owner is very rude , I bought some items online , and I never been so disappointed in my life , rude , sarcastic . I want no more business with this shop . And I’m a big spender , so their loss . I have emails that if I showed the chamber of commerce in Austria he will get in trouble for being so disrespectful to his customers online . An online shop is like a normal shop . Customers are far away so we need to ask questions. Thorsten just want us to buy and be quiet . Never again . And then blocks me like I would ever buy anything from you again , and even if I wanted to buy something, I have 3 eBay accounts you wouldn’t even knew it would be me . So blocking isn’t going to stop me if I want . Got it ? His reply is a lie people I’ve been shouted on the phone for asking simple questions . When asked why are you shouting ? You think this is good service , he replied yes it’s great customer service shouting at customers on the phone and cursing on emails .Been to Austria many times, I never encountered someone so bitter and rude, no humility , no humanity . Write 3 emails people and you will see what I mean . Next time I visit Austria I plan to report this to the relative commerce authorities. I know several shops even in Asia and Australia , I’m always respected , except here cause I’ve asked too many questions . Seriously . Scale Model people is the place to be ! Dutch are very friendly . And I can ask them a a thousand questions that they never lose their patience ! You need to learn customer service skills ! You have zero ! Someone was born in Austria long time ago , very friendly guy . You remind me of him . The treatment at wingmo is very similar to that wonderful Austrian person ! We who ask too many questions are the reason you have a job, plus you sell the models much more expensive . Scale Model people is the place to go and be respected and appreciated . And much cheaper also ! Bye Thorsten keep up the bad work !

Good shop! Regular customer!
